Part-time Social Media Content Manager

Week 1: 9:00 am - 4:00 PM in person training 5 days

Ongoing: 20 hrs a week in our downtown office and on site around Madison at client locations

Rizzi Studio is a social first content creation studio. Our primary clientele are real estate professionals, personal brands, and B2C’s. We deliver comprehensive digital strategies and content assets (photo, video, copy, etc) for our clients while leading them through brand building, product selling and connecting with their customer. We are looking for a part-time/freelance Social Media Content Manager that can join in on the fun and support our client’s social marketing efforts. 

 

There is potential for this role to become full-time.

The ideal candidate is skilled in generating social content and writing for social audiences, with established experience working with brands. You are creative, detailed and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You can show experience with social account management, content distribution and delivering content campaigns. You will be working under the guidance of the Founder and Creative Director as a key resource on the digital team, this role will manage social content across several clients with several social profiles.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Social media management experience: 2+ years (Required)

  • A self-motivated, marketer that is willing to be hands-on; confident making social content

  • Command of social media best practices, mgmt software and research tools (we will train)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and a creative thinker

  • A deep understanding of creating content and publishing on social platforms, including Youtube, Instagram, Instagram Stories/Reels, TikTok, Facebook, etc.

  • Expertise with using content and editing tools on phone/computer such as Canva, VSCO, etc.

  • Experience with Paid Social is a plus (paid media planning, setting up campaigns, ad placement, A/B testing, etc)

  • Must be comfortable working with a distributed team/clients via collaboration tools (ie; Slack) and conferencing tools (ie; Zoom, Teams)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and update comprehensive cross-platform social calendars across Rizzi portfolio of clients

  • Create fresh, fun and engaging short form content (reels, stories and posts) for an array of clients (key responsibility)

Varying degrees of responsibilty as projects are assigned:

  • Project manage the traffic of social media efforts across client accounts and develop status reports and executive summaries for internal/external stakeholders with recommendations and insights

  • Actively manage select social media profiles, engage with audiences - follow, reshare, comment, etc. 

  • Engage in social listening activities that produce reports and read-outs on what is being said about our client’s, their companies, products and brands.

  • Lead social copywriting, content selection and general creative optimization techniques that support program goals and drive engagement

  • Carry out the execution of strategies for both organic and paid social campaigns 

  • Brainstorm and proactively pitch new social content ideas and feel comfortable with production (ex. FB, TikTok, IG etc.)

  • Distribute assets via social media planning tools (ie; Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, etc) Ideal candidate will have experience with pre-planning content via social media management tools.

  • Work to track & analyze the performance and results of campaigns and initiatives and build social recap reports

  • Generate sponsor, influencer and branded content  ideas

  • Manage staff/freelance coordinator resources to support day-to-day scheduling, copy-writing, publishing, social listening etc.
